Hollywood Vogue by Websters Pages. I used the Vellum over another page from this set and then took cut outs from other pages and layerd over the Vellum. I applied Stickles Patina to the Peacock on the lower right and used a real feather on the left. The frame is cut out of Grunge Board by Tim Holtz and I used Dusty Concord Distressed Ink by Tim Holtz and Prima Flowers and Tattered Angels Deep Purple Glimmer mist on the row of roses by Tim Holtz
