I would put a multi-layered flower in the center of the face, on the outside of the glass/plastic and tie a bunch of matching ribbons to the handle. I would use short pieces of ribbon so they would stick up at the top, instead of hanging over the clock.

Altered Clock-after

For the 2001 3rd Annual Scraproom Makeover Challenge, we had to get a clock for our room and alter it (week 2, challenge #7). I wrapped some ribbon around my clock, it's from the same papers that are on my idea boxes. I think the clock needs something more though. I'm afraid to take off the face, as I'm not sure the clock will work again.
