Well I've had this layout done for a couple weeks now but just can't seem to come up with a wow Male layout and feel alittle out of my league (why I haven't posted it yet). My mind draws a blank as soon as its a male picture. I'm calling this one Forever Brothers.. but feel like calling it Naked! LOL!! I don't want to add girly things like bows and flowers but then whats left, it feels empty.
I put alittle extra work into the border starting with black and white strips ribbon that matches Kyle's shirt. The green string over that is actually very tiny beads. I beaded a thin wire and placed it in the middle of the ribbon, then sewed every inch or so, tacking down the wire, only stabbing myself a couple times, as I blindly poke the needle through the black paper and ribbon.
Than trying to still pop the border I decided to add the sliver string of beads to match somewhat to the gem black/clear border around each photo of my two sons.
I showed this to Corey my eldest son and he says GREEN????? and I said YES GREEN!! and said the pictures are green, the tree is Green The grass is green.. I went with GREEN! lol he said i know I know but I've never seen you use green!! lol Thats because I love pink and purples and girly layouts all the way. I know I need more practice and just have to feel more confident with my male layouts.
Even though its not as "dolled" up as I like to make the girly ones.. it actually took me longer to do. lol So please be gentle with me LOL One of these days I'm gonna make a drop dead, knock it out of the park, best male layout ever!!! hahahaha even I couldn't say that without laughing!! So until then I have to keep practicing...
THANK YOU if you actually read all that! and Thank you for stopping by.
I do appreciate each and everyone that takes the time to visit and give me their thoughts and ideas!
Have a wonderful monday!
Sherry
