Made with cardstock, cardboard, fabric paper. First I inked the blue background paper with dark blue ink to mimic waves. I used clip art for the flowers, Patrick and SpongeBob. I printed them on cardstock then glued them to a piece of cardbourd in a recent paperpack I purchased, then cut them out with an exacto knife. I found a clollage of small spongebob faces on the net and printed it on fabric paper. I found a font I liked in word, printed it as an outline and used it as a stencil to make the letters. Easy!
