Photo I snapped for my photography class in fall 2009. I actually did not photoshop the red into the tree - I had to tone the red down a bit to make the photo work for me. It was an amazing color blast in a quite serene setting. It's been sitting on my scrappy table all this time waiting for Scraps of Darkness.

The black on the bottom is molding paste mixed with black Adirondack paint. I used a Tattered Angels screen (mask) and just stenciled on the molding paste like it was putty. When dry, I rubbed down the black with some gold leaf wax.

Thanks to MelindaK at Scraps of Darkness for letting me play, experiment and design with this fun kit. It was just perfect for me.
