I celebrated my 44th birthday with a trip to see my BFF in Dallas from my sweet hubby. My friend, Debbie, gave me a beautiful Jim Shore Kitty Angel. This is a layout we did in a Basic Grey class at GASC in Arlington while I was there earlier this month. I made some modifications to get it to work with my photos, and added the Prima butterfly vine and journal cards. I don't usually work the layout first and add photos later, so it was a challenge for me, but I think it turned out great, and it's special because my friend and I took the class together. I bought the black swirl and flowers at conventionn too!
