This is the only photo I have of Adam with his paternal grandparents. His grandmother passed away 4-6-2008 (2 days before his b-day) and his grandfather passed away 9-1-2009.
I placed the clock hands at 9 and 1 to represent the date.
I did this lo for the August Lyrics challenge. We were to use a Madonna song as our inspiration.
I chose:: Time Stood Still from The Next Big Thing cd.
This is loosely based on an Aug. '11 PageMaps sketch.
I misted the cb clock and blotted it down with a towel to dull the sheen a bit.
The bloom is inked and the stem is misted liked the clock.
I put foam dots under the wings of the butterflies to make them look 'in flight'.
