Have you tried moving your scrapping table so that only one end is against a wall and the rest is sticking out into the middle of your area? You'd have more wall space for cubes and maybe you could put the trunk under the table. Also you could put a tall bookshelf in that right side corner to hold games, albums, boxes of memorabilia and photos etc. Going vertical uses less floor space.
So this is the least pretty part of my space - the tan thing on the wall is the AC cover, can't block it in the summer. The backpack and 2 boxes on the left are my church/youth ministry stuff, need a home for that. The old trunk has board games in it. The stuff on top is all stuff to be scrapped.
So I'm trying to decide what to do here. I would like to use the trunk as a coffee table, but my living room isn't big enough and my husband would hate that. I would like to add 2 jetmax cubes to the left of the AC too.
