Hi, so this morning I was trying to find a sympathy card for my gf who lost her father just a few days ago...he was only 56 and she is very sad and upset....as I totally understand....I called my other gf to find out what her favorite color was so that I could make her a heartfelt sympathy card. She thought it was green.....so then I was looking around on pinterest...which seems to be a hot place right now for inspiration....when I seen this BREATHTAKING card made by Amy Sheffer with Verve. When I seen it I knew I had to scraplift the general design...however, I used different papers, different bird (HC stamp), different title (HC stamp), homemade music paper and some tiny flowers and ferns. So it is similar but different....I totally LOVE the way it came out..thank you Amy! I hope my friend loves it? It did take me while to figure out how to make the bird nest but well worth the end result.
