Lovely pic, love the punch of vivd blue, with the tones of brown. Sad to hear she spent a long time in a wheel chair, reminds me of my own Aunt who contracted Polio as a child and spent the rest of her life with a stiffened leg :)
what a great photo of your DA. She does look a bit mischievious in the photo and now I see where your "sassiness" came from LOL Love the teal colour and the other pprs. Your flower cluster and flourish are too too sweet and I love the twine in the corner of the journaling. Super design Lynne!!!
That is a truly wonderful photo and I do agree with you about the sassy look and attitude!! How sad she became ill and spent her life in a wheelchair. The colours are beautiful...love the aqua!! Beautiful page!!
Yes, yes, Sassy indeed. Love that photo too. I'm a big fan of vintage dog photos. This is right at the top of my list. Those flowers are cute. Lovely Lynne!
Love it! Love the simplicity with the pops of that beautiful aqua!!!! That photo is "sassy' the way she has her hand on her hip!!! lol Another beautiful job, Lynne!
Lynne, this is simply sassy and adorable!!! Another great old photograph, I think the lively color does suit the fun feel of the picture, an inspired choice!!
love the aqua blue - definitely gives the lo a bit of "splash and sass". I must again tell you what a WONDERFUL job you are doing on these old photos. What a truly lovely heritage album you are creating for your family. LOVE it Lynne.
WOW! Love the combo of pps! Just GREAT! You're not going to believe this but my first dog's name was Sport! All this is getting a little wierd!!! Love your design! Fav!
She does look sassy with that hand on her hip! Now I feel sad that she spent a lot of her life in a wheelchair...do hope she didn't lose her spunk. I do like that flourish..
Your great aunt is just fantastic in this picture. So full of attitude and life! So sorry she spend her years battling an illness. You did a fantastic tribute to her with this lovely design! Love, love, love the big splash of aqua! Nicely done...
Love this pic of my great aunt Jennie and their dog, Sport...she looks so sassy and full of attitude here! Sadly, she became ill in early adulthood and spent a good part of her life in a wheelchair. There are a few pics like this of her where I think she looks a lot like I did at that age. I never knew her but I remember my mom telling me she used to love to visit her and help her out around the house. Prettty simple design, but I wanted some lively colour to suit the fun feel of the pic.
