Scraplifted from Wendy @ Happy Stamping Design Blog in the most literal sense. I love her work! I masked the body so I could put the polka dots on Harry's legs. Similar to what Wendy did, and because Harry had no arms, I used the arms from a cute Inkadinkado woodblock frog stamp I had in my stash. I am so happy with this card but the balloons took a bit of a beating when I cut them out. I was going to redo them but I knew I would mess them up and thought...just leave it alone.
