So here we at the end of Day #1 at Epcot, tired and hungry. We spot a restaurant and the host tells us they are closing in 5 minutes, it's family-style dining, and then quotes a price that ends in a question mark? We're starving, so deliberate on how we can economize the next day on our food budget as we are seated in the basically empty restaurant. We don't know we've stepped into a character restaurant (hence the cost) until Mickey peeks his head around the corner and starts doing the silent hand clapping with zero volume laughing thing. In a matter of minutes we are bombarded by Mickey, Pluto, Donald, Chip and Dale who are punchy from a long day of oxygen deprivation in those costumes. As we pose for a photo with Pluto, he dives at DH's head and acts out "licking" him to death. It was hysterical and prompts the evil eye of their chaperone. We leave happy with the entertainment, full of memories (and food) and hopeful the camera's anti-shake setting has worked amid the laughter and ruckus.
