This was such a fun lo to do. I cut the flag from the bottom fo the paper & moved the bottom of the paper to the right side. Then after cutting the blue corner out of the flag & adding in a piece of blue card stock, I pop-dotted the stripes of the flag. Then I pop-dotted the blue stars of the flag with a 2nd set of pop-dots. Used my Cricut to cut the stars out of the same pp I was using & it just all came together
