Luxurious designs by Scrappy Cat offer all kinds of decorative possibilities. This photo mat is just one example of the absolute elegance of a Sizzlits Decorative Strip Die.
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit inside of a frame to form a photo mat. Apply adhesive (from Sizzix Adhesive Sheets or Xyron) to one side of the cardstock and die-cut using the Luxury in the Details die. Remove the backing paper from the shape and attach to the photo mat. Trim away any excess. Crop a photo to size and adhere in place using foam dots to add dimension. Finish by attaching a ribbon bow. Place photo mat in frame.
