This Correspondence Accent Photo Mat with detailed die-cuts designed by Scrappy Cat will be the center of attention in any room. Easy to create, the fun begins with your choice of materials to feature. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit inside of a frame to form a photo mat. Crop a photo to size and adhere in place. Apply adhesive (from Sizzix Adhesive Sheets or Xyron) to both sides of cardstock and die-cut using the Renaissance Frame and Fanciful Border dies. Remove the backing paper from one side of each shape and embellish with glitter. Remove the backing paper from the other side of the shapes and attach to the photo mat. Trim away any excess. Finish by attaching a paper flower and ribbon bow. Place photo mat in frame.
