Oh, this is so sweet! I received a ring from my aunt on my wedding day. My cousins gave it to me on my wedding day, six years after my aunt passed away. She purchased the ring for me just before she passed away and it was saved until my wedding day.
Very Special! At first I thought they were both crying! Hey, it's wedding but it's not red and black and white! Love the design and you always do such great work! Great punch and doodles! Glad to see you finally got some mojo!

what a sweet story and LO, Laurie! I love the hanging hearts and beautiful punchwork. It must have meant so much to the bride to receive the handkerchief on her special day!
This is soooooooooooooo PRETTY Laurie!!!! What special meaning those hankerchiefs had for them on her wedding day! I love how you created the white lacy oval!!! Fabulous work & such a heartwarming story!
So beautiful and very heartwarming story Laurie! Love the hearts across the top. It's always sad that the ones we love can't be with us at special moments, except in our hearts. P.S. You are driving me nuts with your Where's Waldo? type game with Vickie! ;-)
Beautiful lo...love the colours, the awesome die cut and the punched pp! The title with the hearts is gorgeous!!! The flowers and doodling are superb!! A heartfelt moment...captured for your DSGD!
awwwwe Laurie, this lo is so special, so heartwarming, so WONDERFUL!! A touching moment between mother and daughter BEAUTIFULLY preserved. I love your stitching - the hearts "hanging" from the title are PERFECT. and look at all the doodling. . . I am impressed. I know Andrea will TREASURE this always.
(OK - i see the stamp "it's the little things", but can't find the second item. Help???)
Hooray! Another wedding lo! LOL This is my dsd and dsgd before the wedding. The bride's great-grandmother passed away about 2 yrs. before the wedding. At the memorial service, her daughters passed out her handkerchiefs and my sd got one for herself (it was her maternal grandmother) and one for my sgd. She then decided to wait until my sgd's wedding day to give her the other handkerchief. They were having a moment where they were smelling the handkerchiefs because they still smelled like Grandma Margaret and my sd was telling my sgd how proud her great-grandma was of her and, in their hearts, she was there with them. The bride tucked her handkerchief into the bodice of her wedding gown.
Thank you, Vickie(HappyGoLucky), for giving me the inspiration for this lo. I lifted your stitching and heart idea from your "To Have and To Hold" lo. Also, there are 2 things on this lo that came from you. Can you find them? Thank you so much!!
A pretty simple lo...a little stitching, some doodling, and a touch of stamping.
Thanks so much for taking your time to peek. I always appreciate your visits and kind words!
