My DD's friend is leaving for school this week, so she and I made this cake for her going-away party. She has been living on a farm for a while teaching riding and will be taking Equestrian Studies , so we wanted something appropriate! Had a lot of fun creating this, and DD's friend really got a kick out of it! Combination of fondant and buttercream icing here.
