I made this for my SS in Martica's swap. I have it all put together by a drawer pull that I found at M's of a butterfly. I made the blades not as wide as I should have but I really like the out come. I was inspired by a fan that Lacey Kat made out of fabric. I should have looked at her dimensions before I started. I cut each blade out of thick chip board that I got form DKravec a while back. I sanded and painte the edges of each blade, drilled a hole then it was time to cover them. It will fold up to a neat single blade for shipping. I added a loop to the back for hanging. I hope my SS likes it.
