Give a Cheer
I took these about 2 weeks ago and I used the "Orton-ish" filter in Picasa. I swear 1 day I will actually use my Photoshop Elements because I hear it's so cool and I love filters. Of course these are my 2 kiddies on rare occasions where they actually hold hands, Gabby is funny acting @ times though, but I know they love each other.
I used the Poppies template (Donna Downey) and misted with Tattered Angels Sheer mist in Rosy. I punched and embossed the pennants, scalloped circle and the brackets.
