How fun to try new and yummy foods. Did you see the Church of the Black Christ when you were in Portobelo? The costumes the ladies made were so detailed. Such a cool LO. Love the map with the sunglasses.

We started with a Panamanian breakfast consisting of black beans, rice, plantains and vaca frita. The latter means, in English, fried cow which is enough to put anyone off but it is actually shredded beef in a rich sauce. Very good.
