I cut scrap paper leftovers in greens and blues, a fourth of an inch to three fourths of an inch wide, in different lengths. I rolled them up using a bamboo skewer. Then put them inside of bulb and replaced bulb cap. Used lace for bow and to hang from curtain rod in scrapping room. My scrapbooking room is white, green and blue.
