What a great idea! These things usually wind up in a drawer somewhere never to be seen again. Great that you gave it a home in a really nifty design! I like the paper strips against the craft paper and how you matted the certificate also in craft. Good on you for taking the time to help out a much-needed program.

I have never thought about scrapping certificates, usually I just put them in a draw to gather dust but after seeing how beautiful this is I'm certainly going to have an attempt. Congrats on a great LO and being such a great volunteer.
