Celebrate life and all its beauty. The Stephanie Barnard collection for Sizzix was designed to enhance cardmaking, scrapbooking and papercrafting with many designs that coordinate with each other for added creativity.
Cut cardstock to size and fold to form card base. Emboss the card using the X and O embossing folder. Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit across the left side and adhere in place. Die-cut a Majestic Label out of patterned paper and adhere to the card front. Cut a strip of patterned paper and adhere in place. Cut three of the second largest flowers (from Flower Layers & Leaf) out of cardstock. Fold the flower in half, matching up the petals, three times until you have a single petal showing. Unfold the flower and cut to the middle of the flower along one of the creases. Accordion-fold the flower and set aside. Repeat steps with the two remaining flowers until you have three accordion strips. Adhere the accordion strips together end to end to form a rosette. Adhere the rosette to the card front using a hot-glue gun. Stamp a scallop heart and three smaller hearts onto cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits dies over the stamped images and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using a sticky note to hold the Framelits dies in place while shapes are being cut. Embellish the smaller hearts with glitter and attach along the left side of the card front. Cut a pre-printed sentiment to size and attach to the scallop heart with a brad. Attach the scallop heart to the card front.
