Journaling: "We have gathered together for 7 years to honor our Aunt Harriet & mother Doris with the making of Lefse, a Norwegian potato flatbread. The recipe has been handed down through the family. It's a gathering we look forward to all year and it's held at my sister's Kathryn's home shortly after Christmas. We tell stories about our aunt & mother and enjoy our time with each other. This year Sabrina shared the news of her baby-to-be with all the family. I cherish these times together!"
