2013 - Carlisle - Citadel

One of me with the Cannon at the Citadel in Carlisle. The cannon was actually used against the Highlanders during the Jacobite Rebellion - when they were looking to put Bonnie Prince Charlie on the throne. As a child of a Scotsman, this was important to me and the fact I love cannon for some reason. You can barely see me at the center of the bottom of the large pic - that is how imposing the fortifications of the city wall were way back then.
