I picked up a cheap (.75) hardcover book from the thrift store, and turned it into a tablet cover for Jeff. Lightly sanding the spine took care of the title. Glued the pages together (outside edges) with mod podge. Cut out a space inside. Glued those edges, and then cut an opening, so he can get at the side buttons. Added some little magnets to hold it shut. Should work.
