Baby Girl-All White Challenge

Everything I used on this page started out white; the butterflies are stamped and coloured with watercolour pencils; the pearl trails, vines and flower centers with marker, the muslin with mist and the lace with acrylic paint. The background was gessoed and misted, and I am so thrilled with the bricks I made using homemade texture paste from a tutorial by Gabriellep (http://gabriellepollacco.blogspot.ca/2012/08/making-my-own-texture-paste-fun-with.html)...there's lots of other texcture in my background which doesn't show up all that well in the photo, especially trying to take pictures on a grey rainy day like this...thanks to Angela and Wendy for coming up with the challenge, and to Sue, who I stamped the butterflies with to try out her newest ink! The edges are curled a bit fro the misting, so the photo makes it look a bit wonky, but the paper really is square when it lays flat!! TFL
