I stenciled the background for this tag using Viva Decor's 3D Stamp Paint in Copper (super cool stuff!), then I dried it and inked it with Broken China.
The bottle caps and ticket behind the earrings are die cut from grunge paper and inked.
The earrings are made by embossing Vintaj metal, then painting them with Vintaj Patina paint. There is a special very fine relief block that Vintaj makes that I used to sand and buff as the final step.
