Give a Cheer
Recently, DS got to spend time with his cousins in MIL's pool. It was something he's been looking forward to for weeks. I was apprehensive, but he had a blast.
For the past several LO's, I've relied on a photo editing app, Pics Art (LOVE IT!!!) to help me get past photo arrangement and back into scrapping. This time, I decided that I'd cut them apart. Otherwise, I'd have an 8x11 block of photos taking over a 12x12 space.
The octopus stamp has special meaning for me. When I was cleared for each bi-weekly round of chemo, I equated it to releasing the Kraken. The idea was that the chemo/Kraken/monster octopus would reach out everywhere to destroy the cancer. I've set a challenge for myself to incorporate it somehow into all LO's going forward. I stamped the image with white acrylic paint
