This came out fantastic! Sweet pic - and I love all the floral rub-ons against the white! There really is a HUGE difference between brands of rub-on but it's trial and error to find ones that work well. I hate LYB and Heidi Swapp for opposite reasons - LYB won't come off the backing, and HS dries up and falls off in the package. But when you find good ones, they really make for a fun page.
This is for the Four Categories challenge. Category 1: Rub-ons. I did the twist, which was to use product from two packages. The title phrase on the frame is from Making Memories, and all of the flowers on the CS and the doily are Bo Bunny.
This was DD at 7 months, June 2008. I love this photo of her!
I did this page with no plan and no sketch, and I have to say, I absolutely LOVE IT! I never knew rub-ons could make such an impact. My biggest issue with them is being able to see where I've gone over the design (especially on larger designs), and I don't find them very forgiving. But it was nice to step out of my comfort zone for once.
