wish I had a few hundred shares of that!! Fun to hear to call 40 warm, it was 43 here this morning and I just want to stay in bed until it reached at LEAST 70. It is 85 now. You can get a couple of season per day in the desert

POD #1 Oil Rig

We live on the edge of the big Bakken oil play in North Dakota that you might have heard about. Most of the activity is north of us but it is creeping down our way. There are four new wells in our area. This is one of the closest. Why my husband's uncle passed away last month, he had mineral rights to be disposed of. This well is part of his estate. Right now, along with my husband's siblings and several cousins, we have an oil well. Well, not sure if it will be a producing one or not but it sounds good to say. Sadly, the uncle's will states that the mineral rights be sold and the $$ split among the nieces and nephews. If it is a producing well, it might be better to hold onto it. If it is not, then the minerals rights value goes way down.
