I LOVE the Primrose stack! I got it last summer in CA and can't believe it isn't listed on this site. I've used the papers several times. This is a lovely layout. Love how you've embellished it. Pretty photo!
I created this layout because I absolutely love the quiet bliss on my daughter's face during her wedding in Venice. It truly is a captured moment! The main page is from the DCWV Collection called "The Primrose Stack". The blue page under the photo is Kaisercraft's Key to My Heart Collection. I cover up things sometimes that are printed on the paper as part of the design. In this case, it is a ruler that spanned the length of the page. I used white ribbon with bling on it; then layered white lace on top, followed with some baby blue pearls from my stash. The chipboard "Beauty" comes from Wants2Scrap as a custom order since this is not one of the words they have in their stock. Very inexpensive. I used Colorbox Cats Eye pigment ink "Cape Cod" to color and wet the word then sprinkled clear embossing powder; heated it and am pleased with the result! I have a lot of metal embellishments and chose a butterfly with a flower on its back. I filled the open cupped flower stamens with Baby Blue Liquid Pearls. The beautiful rose cabochon is a jewelry piece by Art-I-Cake. If a bling flourish is too large, I like to cut and use only pieces from it to fit the way that I want the look to be which I did for all swirled bling on this layout. Lastly, I distressed and inked with a dark brown/chestnut color to help give this layout some vintage feel. One of my favorite fonts that I downloaded from the internet is 'One Fell Swoop' and is among elegant calligraphy fonts available. Thank you so much for taking a look! Have a great day! Lisa
