The wording was stamped and powder embossed. I used an edge punch on the blue paper. For the flower, I used green rhinestones, ready made paper petals and a purple brad. The blue petals I sprayed with Blue Jeans Shimmers paint and the other two layers I experimented with dry pewter colored Ranger Perfect Pearls and mixed it with water and sprayed it on.
