My husband's grandfather was in the advanced troop that laid communications before the rest followed, hence being one of the first to do the Kokoda Trail, now a popular tourist attraction. The back ground was made with a sunray template cut from cardstock and a Scrap FX circle weave stencil sprayed with green and brown mists to emulate camouflage. The army theme chipboard (seargeant stripes, dog tags, guns) chickenwire, barbed wire and title are also from Scrap FX.
