I started this with a little experiment with sand, adhesive, and ink while we were camping at the beach. I figured since that was the week May encouraged us to use something from around the house…and my house for 1/2 of that week was a tent at the beach, then I would use sand :) I had a vision of sand sprinkled on a strip of adhesive, like glitter. Well, it just looked like dirty adhesive, so I decided to “draw” lines with my misting ink and when I did that they wicking properties of the sand, pulled the color up and made kinda a fun effect.
