I used watercolor heavy paper for the background of this card. I used a piece of scrapbooking paper which I tore into strips and glued down with gel medium. Then I used gesso for where I stamped the Enjoy the Journey and old car stamp which was stamped with distress ink. The birds on the wire on the top of the page and the flowers were stamped with Distress paint. The criss cross pattern in the background was stamped with Distress ink. The metal gears are Tim Holtz's and are held on with brads in the center. The other gear has a jewel that is from Freckled Fawn as are the glittery enamel dots in the centers of the flowers.The Mediums I used are:Gel MediumGessoDistress InkDistress PaintGem and enamal DotsMetal GearsBrads in center of metal gears.Thank you for looking!
