The part that has wings and flies is the Dragon. He is a stamp by Ren Musgrave, VIP 1999. I colored him/her with colored pencils. The words salad, soup, side, entree, dessert is from a Recipes Clear Stamp set from Hampton Art. The sticker-Make Each Day Your Masterpiece is by Heidi Grace/Fiskers. The I Love To Cook is out of DCWV Card stock book called Nana's Kitchen STack as is the silverware background and the dotted backing on the sticker and behind the little chef. The arrow paper clip is by Freckled Fawn. I used brushed corduroy distress ink by Ranger to ink the edges of everything but the outside edge and the I love to cook saying.We have been cooking from scratch the last couple of years. We have very little ready made in the house. We (I) cook sauces from scratch, soups, just about everything. It is alot more work but it does taste better and heck it's got to be better for us too. We have big containers of flour, sugar, rice, and dried stuff. Actually I am kind of proud of where we are in our cooking and eating right now……spreading our cooking wings and flying.This project is a 6 x 4 insert for project life to be placed next to something that will make a pretty picture of our made from scratch food.
