I had this photo that I wanted to use of my daughter riding the waves and I really wanted to try to add a sense of motion to the layout. I played around with the Little Yellow Bicycle Splash collection and the Epiphany Crafts banner tool. I cut the top part of the banner off at an angle and I had chevrons!
