(This was created for the <a href="http://handmadelovechallenge.blogspot.com [handmadelovechallenge.blogspot.com]">Handmade Love</a> blog)<p>I picked up this Fancy Pants frame at my lss for 70% off! So I used it to display this adorable photo of my doggie! For the background, I used a piece of chipboard from a Two Peas order and pulled off parts of the backing, revealing the ridges. Then I used Glimmer Mist to make the hearts. Last, I used green paint on parts of the ridges.<p><p>Materials: transparency - Hambly, black letters - Doodlebug, blue letters - american Crafts, heart punch - EK, Glimmer Mist - Tattered Angels, Ranger paint dabber
