I've been scanning in my grandparent's old photos and have found so many I can't wait to scrap. This is just a quick one of my grandmother's sister at school. Journalling reads: How sweet this photo is. I love how many of the children have a favourite doll or toy with them like the young boy with his plane in the middle row. I see how the classes had so many more children than the 25 or so children that were in my primary school classes. I see some of the young boys wearing ties – at age 8 and I see the young boy in the front row with no shoes. Somewhere in this photo is Rita. I see many of the same faces from her year one class photo but I cannot identify her. I know she was beautiful as she grew older, with long wavy hair and a gentle face. Circa 1931 or 1932.

Paper is BG, AC thickers, MM bookplate and decorative brad. Sorry for the slightly blurry scan. TFL
