I made this for the Christmas in July Stamping Challenge.The blue background was stamped with a large background snowflake stamp and then had Glitter added.The focal point snowman was stamped in black and embossed in clear and the scarf coloured in with watercolour pencils. The bottom snow was done with embossed white card stock and swirls drawn on in glue pen and then glittered up.Thanks for looking.
