Our sweet daughter will be making her debut in early December. We are beyond thrilled and so thankful to the Lord for her! This morning, we had the “big” ultrasound, and it was so amazing to see her moving, to see her little fingers and toes, to see her heart beating! God's handiwork is so incredible.I made this page this afternoon to celebrate… I used the Sketchy Thursdays 7.14.2011 sketch and all sorts of bits and pieces from my stash. I added hand stitching to the edge of the die cut… The hand “lettering” as part of the title was done by first writing the word in pencil, then tracing over it with white pen, and finally tracing over that with a metallic gel pen. I am really pleased with the result.supplies:patterned paper: Lily Bee Lovely (Trinket, Parasol)cardstock: Paper Reflections, Recollections, and stashdie cut: Lily Bee Lovely (die cut frames)ribbon: Making Memoriestulle flower: Lily Beepearls: the Paper Studio, Queen & Co.alphas: Doodlebug Candy Shoppe (Lily White), American Crafts Thickers (Sprinkles)pens: American Crafts Slickwriter (brown), Uniball Signo (white), Pentel Metallic Gel Roller (pink)embroidery flosssketch: Sketchy Thursdays 7.14.2011 sketch
