After finally getting a room to myself just for my scrapbooking, I'm still working on getting everything set up and organized in a way that works for me. I still have a little ways to go, but so far I really like the way things are coming along.First picture is the awesome IKEA purchase - The kitchen rod & basket were under $10 for both pieces. And then the little magnet strip for my scissors was about $5-6. Keeps all my basic tools off my table but within easy reach!Second picture is a cheap shelf/cabinet from M's that DH painted for me. Originally, I'd planned to put most of my paper in this unit, but didn't measure the individual cubes beforehand. Its turned into a bit of a catch all but its housing most of the smaller & stackable supplies - stamps, magazines & idea books. Anything that doesn't have a definite home right now, is ending up on these shelves right now.Third picture is my set of circle templates… It's so simple, I used mostly scraps to make these. I use them when I'm planning out layouts, I can see which size will work best without cutting new paper. So simple & free but by far one of the best things I “made” while organizing the room!
