I'm pretty sure that this was one of the quickest layouts I've ever made. Wilna's Welcome Baby Kit made it so simple. I just adore her illustrations.First I chose my photo and used a black and white PS action on it. I created a new 12x12 (300 dpi) document and brought Wilna's blue cardstock onto it. I placed my photo in the center of the page and then dragged her gorgeous frame on top. I had to resize and adjust my photo a bit so that it would fit and also trimmed some of the left edge of it with my marquee tool.
