As soon as I saw this kit and template by Jo Hanna, I just knew I had to use them. For the title strips, I used my marquee tool to select and copy each word and was able to “break” it up into sections.Journaling reads: It's amazing to me just to watch you. 3 years ago, we weren't sure if you would live to see your 1st birthday. Now you are 3 years old and thriving. You gave us the scare of a lifetime. It was honestly one of the hardest trials I've ever been through. I thank God daily for the gift he gave us in you. At 3 years old, you have begun to talk. We went through a year and a half of intense speech therapy and when it ended right before this summer, you still weren't saying much. You mostly used sign language to communicate with us. This summer though, you decided you wanted to talk, and you did it. You say everything. We don't always understand what you're trying to say but you can usually get your point across. You are also eating so much better. With your sensory issues, that is a huge milestone. I'm so very proud of you and so very happy with the progress you have made. Now, we are trying to potty train, and although it is a battle, it is one that I know you will conquer …as soon as you want to. You are strong willed but I wouldn't change a thing about you for the world. Supplies: Jo Hanna - Basic Principle vol 4, Memory Lane Papers and Elements, Jen Martakis - Subtle Shadows.
