I love scrapping little girls. Sometimes I really wish that I had one of my own. For this layout I used a mixture of digital kits. The basic design is a template from my freebie Simple Starts Collection - No. 1-3. I tweaked it a bit but adding ribbon, switching out the journaling tag and placing the embellishment a little differently. Templates are one of my favorite scapbooking tools.
