I've had this old picture collage of me from 1998-ish laying under my craft mat for a few months now and decided it was time to do something with it! I hid my journaling under the photo, and covered my chipboard with washi tape after being inspired by the Seeing Double video from Lisa Dickinson. If only I'd used the washi in another way, I could have submitted to her challenge!Party like it's 1999 anyone?
