An entry into the Stampin and Scrapin Challenge and the Spray It! Challenge. I used post it notes to mask off the stripes and then hit them with Maya Mist. It didn't come out perfect but I don't mind. I used Versamark to stamp some postage themed stamps on the background page, used some old foam MM stamps for the title and, Chalk Ink to create the 3D embellishments.
