Here's my tags I made. Both are very similar. manila tag base. Covered in various strips of patterned paper. to create my stencil, I used a thin piece of cardboard and using a Fiskars star squeeze punch made a random star pattern. I adhered my stencil down to my tag base with painters tape. I sponged some vanilla delta craft paint over the stencil, removed and let dry. I went around the stars with colored pencils and used OMS to blend the colors around. Next I added my stamped images. Ice cream cone(recollections) is colored with colored pencils and I added stickles for sprinkles. The heart with stars stamped over it(Hero Arts CL582). For 1st tag hear is stamped with Versamagic chalk ink in Night Sky, the 2nd heart is stamped in Memento ink in rhubarb stalk. I added some stickles to some of the background areas, I cut down 2 birthday candles and adhered those to the tags with glue dots and with a brad I attached my sparkly star(from Hobby Lobby trim a tree). Attached some random ribbon and fibers to the tag for hanging. TFL :-)
