It All Started with a Wish

Journal:
The past five years have been pretty crummy for me medically. Between finding out I had my first brain tumor when I was nine, having multiple surgeries and other procedures to try and get rid of the tumors, and the severe headaches I deal with every day, it all starts to get a little depressing after a while.
But then I heard that some other kids in this on-line support group I belong to had gotten their wishes granted by the Make-A-Wish foundation. Before I knew it, I was planning the layout for my dream room with my art teacher from CCAD. And now, my dream room is a reality thanks to lots of wonderful people.
